| Vincent Macauda, Esq. is the President of Millman Land Title Agency LLC. Mr. Macauda is responsible for the day to day operation of the agency, underwriting complex title matters and providing general legal counsel. Mr. Macauda is one of 10 attorneys in Ohio certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Residential Real Estate Law, and was appointed by The United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio as a Master Commissioner for foreclosure cases in the Court. Mr. Macauda spent over 8 years as an associate in the Real Estate & Corporate Law practice with the law firm of Hahn Loeser + Parks, LLP in Cleveland, Ohio where he represented buyers, sellers, lenders, lessors and lessees in connection with commercial real estate transactions, including, acquisitions and dispositions, land contracts, property management, leasing agreements, lease negotiation and documentation, loan documentation, real estate partnerships, joint venture formation, real property tax proceedings, appeals and related transactions.
